If you have OS X Yosemite on your Mac, you will want to install to this update, OS X 10.10.2, which is chock full o’ security patches and bug fixes. As reported by the Fairer Platform and a host of other knowledgeable sites, OS X 10.10.2 includes fixes for the so-called ThunderStrike issue, as well as patches for a trio of zero day, but not scary, vulnerabilties uncovered by Google Project Zero.

Additionally, according to Ars Technica, OS X 10.10.2 Update also patches a Spotlight search + Microsoft Bing search issue that could cause Spotlight to “load remote e-mail content.”
